Family Promise of Lawrence and Tenants to Homeowners have formed the HSC to provide rental assistance, resource navigation and case management supports for low-income Douglas County renters whose incomes have been compromised by COVID-19. Eligible tenants can receive rental assistance, arrears, or move in expenses to keep them housed.
