After graduation from the Rotation Program,  Program 515, or Temporary Housing families have the option to participate in Graduate Supports Through Relationship.

Relationships are the driving force and often families’ most valuable takeaway from Family Promise. In this program, those relationships are fostered.

Additionally, families are provided with formal class work and case management for a full year after graduation. Family Promise also works with churches in the area to engage graduates in community events.

Altogether, Family Promise strives to create an environment that fosters relationships, facilitates connections, and builds communities.
